Nachofoto Accounts

Nachofoto.com is intended for general audiences. You do not need to sign up to visit Nachofoto.com.In order to access some features of the Website, you will have to create a Nachofoto account. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify Nachofoto immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You may never use another's account without permission. Providing email id during registration, is optional. However if you do not provide email id and loose your password, the account is locked and password cannot be retrieved.

NachoAds

Nachofoto will allocate a spot for your Google ads on image detail page, of all the images that you submit. Only ads from your account will be displayed in this space. Your ads will be displayed for a period of six months, from the date of submission. Nachofoto reserves the right to extend or shorten this period, without prior notice. Nachofoto may occasionally display no ads, or only Nachofoto ads while testing new features and/or otherwise. Since google ads from your account will be displayed next to the images you submit, you are responsible for the image content. All the events connected to your Adsense account will be handled between You and Google. Nachofoto is not liable OR responsible for any event arising from such use. All Payment activities related to your ads will reflect directly in your Adsense account as it normally does and is managed by Google. Nachofoto is not responsible for any Payment related activity.Nachofoto reserves the right to not display your ads, if we find that your account violates our Terms of Service OR otherwise. It is users responsibility to respect the copyright policies of the content that you submit using your account. Nachofoto reserves the right to split the revenue in future among other users and Nachofoto, for additional features. The layout and content of the image detail page may be changed from time to time as required without prior notice.

User Posted Content

Content posted on Nachofoto.com can be accessed and viewed by others, including the public in general.You may only post content that you created or that you have permission to post or the content on web whose copyright policy allows you to post their content on Nachofoto. You may not post content that violates or infringes the rights of others including, without limitation, patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, publicity or other proprietary rights By posting content, you are granting permission to Nachofoto.com to access and use it in connection with the Services, the Site and otherwise in connection with our business.

Copyright Complaints

Nachofoto respects the intellectual property of others. It is Nachofoto's policy to respond expeditiously to claims of copyright and other intellectual property infringement. Nachofoto will promptly process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable intellectual property laws. Upon receipt of notices complying or substantially complying with the DMCA, Nachofoto may act expeditiously to remove or disable access to any material claimed to be infringing or claimed to be the subject of infringing activity and may act expeditiously to remove or disable access to any reference or link to material or activity that is claimed to be infringing. Nachofoto will terminate access for subscribers and account holders who are repeat infringers.
